Returns and exchanges are accepted if the item is still heat sealed in the original packaging. Once the item is opened, I can no longer accept the return due to health and hygiene reasons.
Most orders are processed within 1-5 working days. Epoxy resin pieces are made to order so take around 3-10 working days.
Please note that standard international delivery is not fully tracked, please upgrade your delivery to tracked for peace of mind.
International deliveries may incur customs charges. This unfortunately is out of my hands.
Deliveries to the USA. Postage costs will be increasing from the 29th August 2025 to cover the additional tarriff charges. No surprise charges, items sent using DDP services. Delays in delivery are also expected during this transition period.
